The reason we booked this apartment was for the pool. We were not informed how to access the pool. When we queried how to access the pool they forgot to give us the fob to access, when we did receive the fob it didn’t work and we got told to sort ourselves. The pool also doesn’t open to 12

The property is located in a great location- it is central to all shops, restaurants, 7 minute walk to the old town & a 10 minute uber to Peurto Banus. It was clean, ready on our arrival ahead of time & we were also given an extra hour to stay in the apartment due to a late flight, which was helpful.

To be improved

On the booking listing it states there is a pool, I enquired from the host what level it was on and when I went to find it to use it, I was greeted by a staff member from the building who told me it does not open until June. This was incredibly disappointing and I would not have booked this property if I knew there was no pool, as this was my main reason for going on holidays, to sit by the pool & relax. I was shocked to hear it, and not having this information was disappointing.

“The perfect apartment to discover Marbella.”
The best

Excellent location, beautiful apartment, very clean and well decorated. Morning coffee on the balcony with the mountain and city view i'm missing already. We had a wonderful time and will book again. The host Borja (bilingual) also very helpful. Nice to have a friendly face to meet you after a long journey. Everything is walking distance with supermarkets, cafe's, Marbella Old Town, Churro's within 5 min of your doorstep.
