The apartment is in the Chueca district; at first glance, the street appears to be unpleasant and dangerous, but this is not true. Madrid's top attractions are all within walking distance. Also Gran Via street is very close. The apartment's equipment, facilities, and small kitchen are all quite functional and tidy. The host was quite helpful. The first-floor apartment is quiet. I believe the owner has more than one apartment in this building.

To be improved

Perhaps a touch small for 3-4 people. Also, a little bit dark. If you open the window, you will face the wall of the neighboring building.

The place is charming, comfortable, and well-located. The staff were welcoming by mail, and all the check-in instructions were easy to follow.

To be improved

It would be helpful to include additional cleaning amenities, such as a broom and dustpan. During our two-night stay, there were moments when having these available would have been useful.
