Communication with the owner is extremely difficult. They rarely respond to messages and don’t speak English. When asked, they just say to translate messages, and when I messaged in English, there was no reply until I wrote in Spanish, which is unacceptable. I also confirmed there was an iron, but it wasn’t there. When I asked for one, the response came too late, with just an apology. Customer satisfaction and support don't seem to be a priority.

The place is incredibly dusty. The AC looks like it hasn't been cleaned out in years. Towards the end of my stay, I started developing a serious cough related to the dust I was inhaling from the place. The bathroom also didn't have any AC, which I didn't mind as my stay was in the spring. However, the shower pressure does get weaker the hotter you make it, and to get it to a relatively warm temperature, means the water will be barely dripping. Also, when I first arrived, there was a used tissue on the shower wall. There also wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom.

- bathroom was not cleaned well and was cold (no heater, the hot water was running extremely slowly) - third bed was an uncomfortable sofa-bed, its parts were laid out on the floor - very small kitchen (almost impossible to cook at) - loud neighbors - the flat itself was not in a great condition - everything was used, dingy... - (communication with the host was sometimes irregular)
