Without a car, this is a perfect place to stay in Oviedo. Great Location, a couple of minutes walking to all the attractions and great restaurants. Very well equipped kitchen; comfortable bed and shower. The host was very nice, responded quickly to all our questions.

The location was excellent for visiting the cathedral and museums. Our host went out of her way to help us visit other UNESCO World Heritage sites in the area and point out special Holy Week events.

Interior design and equipment. Good location for city walks and car tours to the mountains (quick ride in and out) Garage Wi-Fi The host had a welcome gift waiting for us :)

Location was great, apartment was clean and tidy. Instructions for check in and check out were clear and the host was friendly great to communicate with (via WhatsApp). We arrived on a motorcycle and there are a couple of motorbike parking spaces on the road in front of the building where we could unload. Then we parked the bike in the car park beneath the building to keep it safe overnight. It's a short walk right into the centre of Oviedo so the location couldn't be better. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend it!

Excellent location, extra clean, parking included. Nothing that I needed and I could not find in the apartment (dishwasher/washer/satellite TV, high speed internet/wine glasses/flute glasses/coffee, tea, etc). The host provided excellent details for key pickup and parking (underground, below the property). Excellent communication with the host, very responsive.
