There is no air conditioner, which was not a problem in our case as the temperature outside was low and we could even keep the windows closed to avoid noise from the street. I'm however unsure how it would be during a heat wave. We found cockroaches in the building, coming out at night from the stairs and in the apartment. There were many hiding under the floor and wardrobes and I suspect one of them bit my son on several spots. Unfortunately it made the last night a bit unpleasant but the owner accepted to work on distinguishing the cockroaches.

Apartment itself is totally uncomfortable. Photos make it look like the apartment is brand new and hight quality made, but its neither. Its quite worn and cheaply made - beds, linen, kitchenware, all of really poor quality and feels really cheap. You have main room and one of the bedrooms facing very busy pedestrian street with two cafes few doors away. So you have delivery trucks, garbage trucks and foot traffic starting 7am each morning. And with cafes, the noise is constant up till 11pm at least. Second bedroom faces inner yard, and there is a constant cigarettes smell, plus the smell and noise from the ventilation of the above mentioned cafes. + during our stay there was a renovation going on in the inner yard, so extra noise and dust (although it is not a host's fault, I truly believe these circumstances should be communicated to the guest before check in). In addition the mattresses and beds are not comfortable at all. Upon our arrival apartment wasn’t properly cleaned, the floor was dusty and sticky in some places, kitchen was poorly cleaned, so we had to clean up ourselves. Oh, and the internet is horrendously awful.
