Kitchen utensils adequate but could have included a few more items ie chopping/ bread board, grater and sharper kitchen knives.

“Fabulous stay in an incredibly great location in the heart of Madrid's old town.”

The facilities were comfortable and clean, there was all the equipment required to make our stay easy, and we could top up with additional towels, tea, bedding etc as we needed. We also used the free lockers to store our luggage after we checked out.

The best

Location is outstanding. Quiet but in a great spot for shopping, bars, restaurants, sightseeing and metro station. Nice communal terrace and laundry.

To be improved

Shower curtain in accesible room was moldy and dirty. Laundry facilities stated as free but received and invoice for services. Everything is done online so responses are a bit slow and if you have an issue with check in, you can’t get in touch with anyone quickly.

Loud noises were heard from building or other units. Bathroom too close to kitchen not too private.
