“Tomelloso”
The best

Small town. Hotel located approximately 10 minutes from the town center. It doesn’t provide any meals, except tea/coffee. The room was OK but I don’t like tiles on the floor. The staff don’t really speak English so get yourself ready for Spanish or translator. Parking lot available. Very close to the park and bus station. Pets allowed for 5 EUR

“A very good hotel in an interesting town”
The best

A very comfortable hotel in a quiet location on the edge of town, but only about 10 minutes walk from the centre. Rooms are large, and include a fridge. Good value for a short stay.

Good place to stay. Very comfortable room and bed. Good en-suite bathroom. View over car in secure car park. Staff were friendly on arrival.

To be improved

I'd ben robbed in Lisbon and had to cancel my bank cards. Messages from the hotel were confusing re whether I still had a place booked with them. The area the hotel is in seemed quite run down.

“Value for money small friendly hotel for a short stay.”
The best

There was free gated parking. The hotel was smallish, but had an elevator. Our room looked out over the car park, and was very quiet. The room and bathroom were spotless. The receptionist, Sol, was very friendly and was able to give us some excellent history of the area and directions to places of interest and recommendations for eating out.

To be improved

The air conditioning struggled to compete with the temperature outside which was reaching 40 on one day in May. The distance from the central area was too far for me to walk. A younger person might have managed but it was very hot when we stayed.
