“Lovely house but views of a construction site far from what we wanted.”

The property itself was a new build and internally very nice with good amenities. Beds were good, kitchen ok, well decorated. It had two floors, each surprisingly narrow and joined with quite a long staircase. There were two terraces but both rather small and these were where issues occurred for us. Playa Blanca was a 15 minute walk away, not too bad, and the beach was a similar distance. During our stay the weather was excellent and sunny.

To be improved

The information stated this was a 'Beach Front' and this was why it was primarily booked. Frankly it was not! The information mentioned a garden, not sure where! There was nowhere suitable to enjoy the views and the sun. The small lower terrace was surrounded by a corrugated plastic wall and filled with a table with some chairs. No views. The upper terrace had a hot tub and the view was of A CRANE AND A LARGE CONSTRUCTION SITE! Far from the beach front view we were expecting. The hot tub was unusable on two fronts, there were no instructions and the water was stagnant. Televisions, if they worked, did not contain English tv. The safe had no instructions and was never possible to use. A man came around to try to solve these 3 issues, he couldn't and said he would return but never did. In addition, we arrived late in the evening and the taxi driver said 'It's here somewhere' and left us on the pavement. Had it not been for some friends who had spent the previous day investigating the position (and happened to stumble across it) we would have been in a terrible state. This would make a superb long term rent for someone working in the area but was not suitable for a short term tourist stay.

“Lovely bright modern villa, situated in a great location close to the centre of Playa Blanca.”

The best

This Villa is a bright modern property with every amenity that you could wish for. It’s situated behind the H10 Princess, about a 7/8 minute walk to the either the beach or the bars/shops. The villa is extremely private, it has a secure entrance system. You have two main outside area’s, on the ground floor is a private courtyard with seating area. Upstairs through the master bedroom is a lovely terrace complete with hot tub. There is nothing not to like about this property.

To be improved

I cannot think of a single improvement needed.

“Beautiful modern property”

The best

Communicating with the owner was so easy and always really helpful nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful property can't say anything negative. The location was perfect for us The beds were really comfortable. We had everything we needed and will definitely return
