Location is nice, close to center and railway station Clean and comfortable beds Good Wi-Fi signal Check-in desk is close to apt and you can leave luggage before check-in time at reception In general apt is in quite good condition

The property is located very close to the center of Valencia and everything was there in the area within walking distance.

To be improved

The building is messy, everything was dirty, we were really fed up with that amount of mess and carelessness. There was a lot of noise in the late hours, above us and from the street, it's a neighborhood where locals gather and make a lot of noise. This is a building for students, not for serious and family groups at all.
