“Fabulous house and Ibiza calm”
The best

Big windows allow beautiful light and view of the huge green garden and even the sea. Ping pong table was fun. Nice big open kitchen and living space. Host was super helpful and quick to respond to any questions and give tips.

I think the private idyllic location in a wooded valley, along with its great views, is the best and worst thing about the villa We were continually troubled by insects. Ants all around the property need to be continually sprayed to keep them at bay, drop a crumb on the terrace, and you are inundated. During our stay, we used the incredible pool facilities once, and that was on the first night The rest of the time, we stayed away nursing the dozens of bites from the insects down there, and I am not normally bothered by them. Maybe it was the time of year or season

Fabulous villa, lots of space for 10 of us. Didn't feel like we were under each others feet. Good sized rooms. Clean. Different spaces to chill in, outside seating areas, bbq area, poolside area. We all loved the variety this place has to offer. Great pool with shower and toilets nearby. You do need hire a car to get your groceries. Glad we took that advice by estate manager. Would definitely recommend to anyone with group of people. It's alot of fun. Relaxing and great standard inside and out.

Aircon in was an issue and took a few days for their contractors to get to it. It was fixed in end.

Arrangements for access to the property and cleaning were faultless. Agent very friendly and helpful. Property was better than the photos showed. Enough room for 10 to still have privacy, even from each other. Facilities were great.

To be improved

Only minor was signage for the property from the road. The entrance was set back so I missed the turning on a couple of occasions.
