“I have thought long and hard about how to review this accommodation fairly. On the surface, it does offer lots of space, 4 bedrooms, outside balconies, 2 bathrooms, and a swimming pool. It is also not expensive and has parking. It also does have a great bean to cup coffee machine. · Cons: But... The whole place is just grubby and shabby and falling apart. It's a shame because with very little outlay or effort, they could make massive improvements. The smell of mustiness and neglect is not helped by the overall lack of cleanliness. See picture of the filthy toilet brush. The fridge was also not clean, and the entire home needed a deep clean. The kitchen is tiny, ok, that's not terrible, but the plug in stovetop oven is so old that the dials have no markings on them so you don't know how to use it. The cutlery selection is random pieces from old sets, same for the glasses. Everything is old, worn out and uncared for. The sofa is falling apart ( see photo) as were the chairs on the balconies. Only 2 of those had chair backs that were not split. Even the clothes airer was broken. The sheets had small holes in them. The pool was full of dead insects and has no paving round it so you have to traipse over rubble and mud to reach it. The loungers were just hard plastic, no soft tops supplied. It overlooks the community social centre, so at night, it is noisy and there is no aircon. We had to ask for a fan, which was then supplied ( but again was old and grubby). To sum up... I would only recommend staying here if you truly can not afford anywhere else, and if you do book, bring cleaning supplies.”
