“Blankets and an extra key would have been very good. But we did enjoy this lovely city.”
The best

The central location. Very good for exploring this lovely city. Good restaurants, walks along the river, the cathedral, and amazing hot springs.

To be improved

There were no blankets or quilts. It was winter. The heating went off at midnight and we were all cold, particularly the first night. We asked for blankets and were told we could only have these for the last night. The blankets didn't arrive on the last night. We were only given one key. We asked for another but were told the second key was lost.
