“We recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff stood out as exceptional. The receptionists were extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive - they went above and beyond to meet all the guests’ needs and made the check-in/-out processes smooth and straight forward. Breakfast was quite palatable, with a good selection of options. Even vegetarian guests were catered for, which was a thoughtful touch. It’s clear that the hotel makes an effort to accommodate different dietary requirements. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would deffinitely return. The high level of service and attention to guest satisfaction made it a memorable experience.”

“07 alea hotel (vacation, 07.07-16.07)”

July 7th - July 16th, room 315 1.The reception staff was polite. 2. Food (breakfast) was very varied and the location was close to the sea 3. Photos of the room corresponded to those on Booking.com, so I included in the review the aspects that I didn't like (the plinth with nails and the dirty curtains)."

To be improved

1. There were no glasses in the room to drink water,.we asked for glasses at the reception 2. On July 14th, when we were about to leave our room, a door plinth fell on my head. There were nails, and a tragedy could have happened. This worsened my impression of the safety of my stay at the hotel. 3. The curtains were very dirty on the back side. 4. Noisy tourists from Germany (ages 18-23).

10min walk to the beach. Staff always very friendly and helpful.

Acoustics were not good at all. We could hear people in the corridor and in the room next door all through the night.

Good breakfast, convenient location near the airport, and complimentary refreshing drinks available at the hotel reception.

To be improved

A hotel that is difficult to access if you have a rental car - it's impossible to find a free parking spot in the area or near the hotel. The shower in the bathroom worked terribly.
