It was particularly disappointing not being able to iron my clothes during my stay there (I stayed for 5 nights). When I asked the receptionists if I could have an iron, I was told that there was only one and that it was given to someone else and to come back a couple of hours late. Of course, when I came back, the person that borrowed the iron never returned it. I asked three times but the staff at the reception didn't know which room the iron was in and didn't seem to care to find a solution. So it was disappointing and embarrassing having to go around 5 days with wrinkled clothes. How can a hotel with over 300 rooms only have 1 iron?? Additionally, it would have been nice to have a mini fridge in the room to store water given the heat.

The only thing was bad - its plates and cups- i don’t know how they wash it, but it was always not washed properly.

My partner and I booked this hotel for 6 days, knowing that the hotel was a 3 stars and was renovated recently but what we did not know is that the room are still unfinished. We had arrived around midnight super tired and wanting to relax but the room they gave us: 1. Had no blackout curtains therefore No privacy to the street and a light pole in the street in front of out balkony which made the room very bright throughout the whole night (3 nights after we arrived they added a too short blackout curtains, fixing the problem only 60%) 2. Room had unfinished baseboard so left with holes 3. The big ceiling shower head was not proper attached which it felt on my partner's feet (cutting and making it bleed), 4. We had a water leak from the AC (the leak was so big that we got 2 half full bucket and it was not possible to turn on the room's hallways light) 5. The room's phone was not connected at all because they didn't even have a plug for it ( we found out when we tried to call for help after my partner shower head incident) 6. After each shower, the bathroom would flood and it was told to us that it was the design and there were nothing they could do about it 7. Woke up at 6 am because of the fire alarm due to reasons that they wouldn't tell. 8. The bathroom was visibly clean but it smelled horrible ( we still don't know if it came from the bathroom or Air conditioning) The staff was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional, threatening us to call the police after they made xenophobic comments about my nationality through an audio to their Manager but never once offered my partner ice for his swollen feet or any type of problem solving, telling us that it is not the hotel's problem that our room was in poor conditions, that my partner's bleeding feet was actually nothing and they didn't want to change our room saying they were full even tho we could see on Booking.
