The location was clean, with daily housekeeping; towels were changed every day; the food was varied and fresh; and it was just a five-minute walk to the beach.

“Please replace the plumbing — it’s honestly scary to look at.”

A good location, and overall the price matches the quality. The room is nice (except for the bathroom), with a large balcony and sun loungers.

Terrible condition of the plumbing, the bed linen wasn’t changed during the 4-night stay, and the cleaning was mediocre. One time, there was a huge cockroach in the room. At check-in, we waited about 10 minutes while the receptionist finished a conversation with a colleague. The food was boring and repetitive.

The hotel and room were very nice and clean, with a great view and close to the sea.

There was a lot of food, but it wasn’t always well-seasoned—typical all-inclusive meals. The pool was very small, and the afternoon snack selection was quite poor.

“No air conditioning and horrible drinks.”

The staff outside of reception were very friendly and worked extremely hard. I have a lot of respect for the staff and the hotel should be very happy to have them.. working in extreme heats due to air conditioning not working in the hotel for 1+ year.

Food was OK, staff at reception had a bad attitude, Free Parking is a lie, it is street parking and we found ourselves looking for spaces for more than 20 minutes several times, air conditioning was awful, drinks were horrible and the "all-inclusive" did not include drinks like fresh coffee or anything that wasn't cheap liquor, cocktails from a machine other than or poor quality wine. Corners are being cut in this hotel and the staff and customers are suffering, it was a shared problem throughout the hotel.

There is a wide variety of food available, especially lunch and dinner. We are all satisfied with the all-inclusive food options. Beer, wine and even cocktails are available.

To be improved

The room is pretty small. WiFi is so poor in your room, we need to use either our own roaming data or use WiFi in the lobby area.
