O7 Vistanova

I stayed at Bellevue Vistanova from 06/10/2025, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. On our first night, we noticed a few ants in the room. It wasn’t ideal, but we tried to tolerate it. By the second night, however, the problem had escalated dramatically — ants were crawling on the walls, the floor, and even across the bed. We emptied the bins and kept food off the floor, but nothing helped. That night, we bought a pizza and moved the table away from the wall to keep it safe. By 6 a.m., the pizza box was completely covered in ants. I reported the issue to the cleaner and then went straight to reception to request a room change. There was no apology, no concern, and I was simply told that no other rooms were available. They said our room would receive a “deep clean.” The cleaner arrived but told me she was finishing her shift in 10 minutes. I understood completely and waited outside. The so-called “deep clean” lasted less than 15 minutes and consisted of spraying ant spray, brushing up dead ants, and re-making the bed. The floor was swept but not mopped, and several dead ants were left behind. The cleaner kindly left the spray for us, but the ants kept returning, mainly from the air vent above the wardrobe. To make matters worse, I have tried to contact the hotel multiple times about this issue since returning home, and they have completely ignored every email. When I call, there is never anyone available to handle complaints — I’m just told to call back the next day, and then the same thing happens again. Absolutely no effort has been made to address the situation. Had we been moved rooms when we first raised the issue, the problem could likely have been resolved quickly. Instead, we were forced to stay in unacceptable conditions for the rest of our holiday. Given everything we experienced, I believe a full refund is more than fair. I have photo evidence of both live and dead ants in the room and on the bed to support everything mentioned here. I’m incredibly disappointed and would not recommend staying here based on how both the issue and the subsequent complaint were handled.

I stayed at BelleVue Vistanova for two nights and had a really pleasant experience. My flight arrived quite late at night, and since the restaurant was already closed, the hotel kindly arranged some snacks for me upon arrival, a thoughtful gesture that made a great first impression. The staff were always friendly and attentive, ready to help with anything I needed. The breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, with lots of options to start the day well. The hotel itself is spacious, with a great pool area that’s perfect for relaxing. Another big plus is the location! Just a short walk from the beach, right between Magaluf and Palmanova, which makes it easy to explore both areas. Overall, a comfortable stay with kind people, good food, and a great atmosphere. Definitely a nice option for those visiting Mallorca!

Ignore any bad reviews. I've stayed in 5star hotels and 3star and this hotel is perfect. The pool is Lovely ,with beds in shallow water which are lovely!I swam in pool in October so I think it is slightly heated. The breakfast!!the BEST English breakfast I have EVER had in a hotel, proper English breakfast. Lots of choice and the coffee is divine!. Had bed and Breakfast so ate out at night. Our room was very simple with bathroom,very light room and very clean,lovely shower. The hotel is on the corner of palma Nova and Magaluf. So we Went to the beach in Palma Nova,lots of lovely restaurants down the sea front there. The hotel is set up an alley way and down a street from Magaluf strip as it was out of season there was not much noise. If in season and your going to be there anyways then who cares. Supermarket just outside hotel, 3 beaches within 15min walk. The hotel staff very helpful and polite. Pool bar to get drinks ,will be back!went for a chilled 3 nights with flights booked separately with Ryan air for £20!it was a perfect hotel for a chilled break. Will be back !!Thank you..and hats off too the chefs!waiting staff also very attentive and polite.

After reading a few negative reviews, we were abit worried about what we had booked HOWEVER please dont, hotel was great, we were B& B and it was great! Fab location for Magaluf beach with 15 min walk to Palma Nova ( which we done most days) hotel rooms lovely but no fridge which is a negative for me 🙄 hotel area well kept and staff appeared friendly. Cleaner came in our room daily, changed towels daily and made bed etc. Pool area great, plenty of sunbeds, Would I come back - yes This was a fairly cheap holiday for us (£250pp for 5 days B&B) so expectations were not high, you get what you pay for.

We wanted a last minute cheap get away so by no means did I expect any gold standards. The room: Two things I wanted to know before I left but couldn’t seem to find: 1. Do they have hairdryers in the room - yes but as with a lot of hotel hairdryers they have little power 2. Do they have fridges in the room - No What is also useful to know about the rooms is as soon as you have a shower it floods the bathroom and the beds do not have mattresses but what can only be described as VERY thin overused mattress toppers. Food: Basic, it has enough selection but only just. The basis seems to be pizza, chips & burgers. Again for a cheap get away I don’t expect gourmet, it was edible for 3 nights away but for a week it would soon become boring. What I found the worst about the restaurant was when we went in for dinner one night I was told by the waiter I was not allowed my refillable water bottle in there. I have never been anywhere before that refuses you the right to drink your own water!! Pool: Not a bad area, it’s kept clean and gets sun most of the day. However, you are not allowed out to sit on the sun loungers until 10am, if you try you get shouted at to move. This means if you just want to chill by the pool you can’t start your day until 10am!! This maybe okay for the party goers but not everyone is here for that! Overall the hotel appearance looks good on the surface but isn’t anywhere I would recommend or choose to stay again, there’s much better last minute cheap options available on the island.

After reading the reviews of this place we was a bit weary of booking, but honestly this place is great for a party styled holiday, me and my friend came here for our first girls holiday together, check in was smooth and quick and we was in the room just minutes after arriving, the rooms are clean with fresh towels everyday and the room is fully air conditioned and free, only downside was there wasn’t a fridge and you do have to pay extra for a safe. the bathrooms were clean and pleasant to use with a big shower. the pool is clean and a big area with comfy sunbeds, all the staff are friendly and happy to help. this hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach and to the strip which is ideal for those who want to go out. overall ignore all the bad reviews and don’t be worried about booking this hotel, it’s worth the money you pay with only a small tax to pay on arrival!
