The best

The apartment was dark and not clean , the pool area was not open , the pool was cordend off with security tape the seating had been vandalised, the pool was not clean and had not been use for over 6 months the total area was unfit for use and was a health hazard, no direct access for the apartment, you had to go down 4 flights of steps from the entrance of the apartment block, the total area is run down , the photos of the pool area are nothing like whats in place ,I have photographs of the vandalised pool areas and the vandalised seating, we contacted the agent But they said they would not meet my wife and myself, and they had no other apartments available is was not true, as the was apartments on booking.com of there's they would not give me a full refund, so we had to book into a hotel for the night and the next day find a further apartment, l tried for 3 days for the agent to give me a full refund, in the end , they deducted £200 pounds, from the amount paid, , l will be posting the photographs of the pool and the apartment, my wife and my are 69 and 70 OAPs do not book this apartment it is not as shown, on booking.com, David Potts.
