“Nice place but facilities not advertised honestly”

Very clean well equipped and central location

To be improved

It’s advertised with a private pool , which is obviously a big plus in 30 degree heat however there were no sunbeds. This meant we had to hire a local hotel for 3 days day usage in order to relax. Also was advertised for breakfast included which when we arrived wasn’t available . Still waiting 2 weeks later for apartment and booking.com to sort this refund out . First night there was no hot water and we were told it was an issue in Altea for other guests , it wasn’t it was simply not knowing we had to flick a switch in the gas canister again which wasn’t explained .

“A lovely stay”
The best

Clean well equipped apartment with lovely personal touches, very comfortable beds, quiet location, 5 minutes walk from the old town. The apartment was nicer than the pictures.

To be improved

No sun loungers to take down to the pool.

The place was clean and the location perfect for the season.

The toilet paper was the worst I've seen If they spent 2 euros more per stay, they can provide a decent toilet paper.
