“Great apartment, little noisy but close to the beach”

Pretty close to the beach, very walkable both to the beach and grocery store. The bus stop is right in front of the house. Very clean, everything works, has AC, big terrace balcony.

To be improved

It’s on the busy street so it is pretty noisy during peak hours. Lacks some basic kitchen stuff (peeler or mittens) which you would expect to find in a property. The check in was supposed to be very easy but we had slight issue finding the lockbox, luckily we met someone from the agency right in front (maybe that’s our mistake as I did not find the clear and full instructions at first).

“Relaxing work & play in Pedregalejo”

The best

I am a return customer and I really like this apartment. Perfect size and furniture for a mixture of work and play. A big bonus is the large terrace offering a lot of sun and unobstructed views. Málaga Este is not as overrun by tourists, it is a bit quieter than Málagueta e.g., but the neighborhood offers many nice bars, restaurants and cafés- and you reach downtown by bus in 20 min from a bus stop across the street The Aloha Málaga team is very friendly and helpful, and they respond quickly to all requests. Kudos to Lilia and Gabriel.

To be improved

Be aware tht light sleepers may feel disturbed by nightly traffic noise on Av. Juan Sebastian Elcano. Was absolutely no problem for me, though.

“Overpriced”

Great location just next to the bus stop. It's a very nice new apartment with a pleasant layout.

To be improved

Pain trying to access the apartment. A lot of protocols to abide by before entering. The shower was cold and we wasted hours trying to operate. Not good enough for the price of the property and is a bit of a rip off. The property has a large balcony which is factored into the size of the property. In reality the rooms are much smaller in size.

“Great Stay Just Outside of Malaga”

The best

This apartment is amazing. It really has everything you need for any length of stay. Clothes washing machine, large fridge, dishwasher, as well as other appliances. It has a very large wrap around deck to enjoy the evenings outside. The apartment is located within a small building with an elevator to take you up to the apartment. The building is surrounded by a fence and has a pedestrian and vehicle gate for entry/exit. There is ample dedicated parking within this compound.

To be improved

The bed was a bit uncomfortable for us. Maybe adding some kind of padding topper might make it a bit softer. When you first arrive and get the key for the vehicle gate access, depending on traffic, it can get a little awkward as you block traffic. I would suggest parking on the side street to get the key fob and apartment keys. Drive around the block and then open the gate and drive in.

“Exceptional”

The best

Modern apartment with balcony in an excellent location. Short walk to beach and supermarket. Loads of good bars and restaurants nearby and easy access to Malaga City from the bus stop outside the apartment. Staff very helpful on arrival.
