Everything you need for your stay is available, from forks to a coffee maker. Well thought out.

To be improved

The leatherette trim on the chairs is crumbling, I had to remove it every time (I think they need covers)

The best

Apartment was clean and modern, equipped with everything we needed. Pool and outside area was excellent. We know Punta Prima/Los Altos really well so no surprises there.

To be improved

Collecting the keys were a bit of a bother, but we arrived at 2am in the morning so can't really expect much more (although key pad with number sent by email would have been better). Broken door lock to conservatory, broken sink plug and lack of a garage key wasn't great, but didn't impact on our holiday. A map of the complex and underground garage would have been beneficial.
