Beautiful location, cozy atmosphere, quiet neighborhood. The house is well kept, cozy and comfortable. We loved our stay. We will come back 100%!

“Beautiful and quiet villa next to Majorca’s best beaches”
The best

Pros - beautiful finca in a quiet location close to some of the island’s best beaches - huge outdoor swimming pool with plenty of seating (beach chairs, cushions, lounge cushions in the pool) - indoor dining and 2x outdoor dining areas - spacious bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space - air conditioning in all bedrooms - spacious upper balcony which overlooks the pool - fully equipped kitchen - washing machine was available to use in the garage - 2 bathrooms

To be improved

Cons - it is a short drive to get out onto the main road, which may be a problem if you don’t have a car - there is a long list of house rules to abide to - one of the rules was to take out the bins to a waste disposal site in Ses Salines after checking out, otherwise incurring an €80 charge, which may be an issue if you have an early flight to catch - the shower runs out of hot water after 3 people / consecutive showers - the upstairs shower is covered by a shower curtain, rather than a shower door, which can be prone to floods - some of us got insect bites while inside the property - it would have been nice to have a full length mirror in the house, and some slippers (as we had to remove all shoes while inside) - wifi doesn’t work in the rooms to the right of the upstairs bathroom
