“Disappointing”

To be improved

The safe didn't work so I had nowhere to secure my valuables/passport etc. There was no iron in the apartment even though it was on the listing. Host assured me that one would be delivered but never showed up. Shower drain was clogged so water would overflow after just a few minutes of turning it on. Location was good, but the complex itself is a little difficult to navigate. Overall for the price, my stay was a little disappointing with no offer of compensation for the inconveniences.
