“Please do not give people to live in a room with a bunk bed.”

To be improved

I believe that this hotel is good , but I think room where we stay could not exist with bunk bed. Difficult to go up . Also in that room no window and we had to sleep with open door .

The best

comfortable room with beautiful view of the ocean and volcano Teide, in the room TV with Netflix if you need and great Terrace outside. beautiful garden with pool, where you can drink coffee . Free and secure parking for your car and most important ... very nice and helpful host, who takes great care of his guests, speaks English, Italian and Spanish. thank you for a nice stay it was so nice to meet you.

the access road is quite steep, but that is normal in Tenerife where the mountains rise straight from the sea. some areas of the property (part of the garden) require renovation, anyway nothing significant. you will have a great holiday here and that fantastic view.
