“The hotel is probably the best in this area of Lanzarote for cleanliness, location and value for money. Yes there are some works still going on, however on both occasions that we have stayed in the hotel this does not disturb you. Plenty to offer on the breakfast, the staff are attentive and the rooms are comfortable and clean. A good 4* hotel.”

The hotel itself was very nice staff were ok not 100percent helpful but nice

The location of the hotel was terrible and then being charged to park on the hotel grounds was ridiculous
