DO NOT GO. Right as we got there we needed to download files and videos to explain how to get in the room, which was impossible as we didn't have wifi. They sent us everything after check in time as we waited outside for a very long time only for the elevator starting one staircase higher than the first floor and one staircase lower than the last floor so you need to carry all your suitcases up one floor. Every night we got stuck outside as you need an app to open the door which doesn't work all the time and needs a strong connection which there isn't one outside. The air conditioning and wifi didn't work all the time and reception isn't good in the area so you are left without anything to do other than leave the hotel and hope you will have a way in. When we brought up those problems the response we got was rude and unprofessional. They said "we aren't a hotel and we have nothing to do about it" basically sounds like your problem not ours. They did sand a guy for the air conditioner a day later and there is nothing he could do because it was working when he came, it turned off for an hour a bit after he left. The walls are paper thin and the guys who live right up to your bedroom wall hate it and bang on the wall and door for any kind of noise, although they were nice enough to start drilling and banging at 07:00 am. I won't talk about the small Stuff like bad cookware, single toilet paper roll, water not flushing in toilets and more as this is an obvious no go in any type of way. DO NOT GO!
