The apartment was very clean and bright. Nice balcony at either side. Very close to dunes and beach - 10 mins walk. We only stayed 4 nights but got a clean set of towels half way through - appreciated.

Great location with a lovely surrounding area. There’s a kiosk just 5 minutes away where you can grab coffee, snacks, or breakfast items – very convenient!

The end ground floor apartment in a block of apartment. Advantage of having large front, side and back outside sitting areas. A short walk to Maspalomas beach, local shops, restaurants and night entertainment. The apartment inside was spacious. TV, WIFI and well fitted kitchen (open plan with lounge) with fridge/freezer, breakfast bar, no seats. All would need for self-catering. Round glass table in lounge with 3 chairs and bed sofa for a third person. Aircon was in the lounge only, adequate. Door from lounge to rear sitting area, two sun loungers, 3 chairs and a table. Bedroom with ample storage with sliding door out to sitting area with two chairs and table. Apartment cleaned, changed towels, bedding on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Check out at noon is good and there is at reception and shower room with toilet for use if waiting for later departure. Outside garden area, well maintained and watered, nice to use as we did. The staff were friendly and helpful.

To be improved

Old apartment, decoration is a bit dated but functional. Sofa bed not comfortable to sit on, think worse to sleep on. Shower, good but base cracked with shower that tended to leak water out from shower. Be better to have sliding or opening doors. Building, showing its age, cracks ad bits of masonry missing, better repairs required. TV stations, three different news in English language, CNN, BBC and Sky, no other English speaking channels except for music ones. Parking, problematic. During the day, chance to luck getting a parking space any where near. After 10pm not a problem.
