“Worst hotel for pilgrims !!!! It only opens at 3 and if you arrive at 1 with your backpack you cannot leave it inside an”

Only the location nothing else

To be improved

No physical reception No clear instructions how to open doors No lift they know i am 73 yrs old but they placed me on the third floor with my heavy luggage. Luggage transport for pilgrims not facilitated , i have to call the transport service . There is just nobody to help .
