“Comfortable apartment in a great location”

The best

Very good location, and it's very clean, comfortable, and bright. The beds were quite comfortable. The two bathrooms were great, and it has two nice balconies.

To be improved

It was usually quiet, but it's right in the center of town and there was construction noise during the weekdays and sometimes a homeless person yelling in the square at night. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped, but it's lacking some important things - a bread knife, scissors, a colander to drain pasta, and a pepper mill - plus, the knives that are there really need to be sharpened (a common complaint at tourist apartments).

“High comfort in the middle of everything”

The best

The location is excellent ,overlooking Plaza de Candelaria. So really in the centre of everything, yet high up enough to have a comfortable privacy. The tram is only a few blocks away with connection to the main bus station and and from there to the airport. Also close is a SPAR-store with what you need for breakfast or a light meal. The standard in the appartement is top-clas with comfortable beds and from each of the two balconys there is a glimpse of the sea.

To be improved

The digital lock in the door-handle can be tricky to operate, you must have the right touch in the finger tips. The code recieved from the earlier registration procedure did not work but it was sorted out through the provided arrival telephone contact. A sign in the flat with a number to call in case of problems would be helpful.

“The perfect place - hidden gem”

The best

I liked everything. It has everything you will need for a short holiday. The staff Gema was very helpful and friendly and answered my messages quickly. Everything is clean and tidy. There are enough towels and clean bedding. Everything is taken care of and new. I can see they took care of all the small details. It was very comfortable to stay, and we felt at home. The flat honestly elevated our holiday and we looked forward to coming back everyday.

To be improved

You can hear noises from the streets at night, especially during the weekends. It gets very loud.
