Cockroaches. Unacceptable regardless of price. Gaps in the walls and between the bath should be sealed. This would only take 15 minutes. Air conditioning needs to be added to the room also because it’s just a little bit silly . Way too hot. Had to rent an AC unit out.

“Great apartment and very helpful staff!”

The best

The property had everything I needed. I was happy with the amazing views from the balcony which caught the sun until early evening. The apartment had toiletries and also cleaning products and bin bags which was a nice touch. Also an iron and ironing board which made me happy. (Small things haha) Obsidian rentals were also very nice and understanding when I totally forgot to check out at 11am and they were kind enough to let me gather my belongings as I’d gone for a short walk on my last day oblivious to the fact I should have already left. Thank you to the staff that called me for that. 😇Very nice place. Would definitely visit again.

To be improved

Due to no air conditioning the evenings were very warm as the temperature during my stay was in the early 30°. Only two coat hangers too which was not enough for a 4/5 night stay. Apart from that I was very happy with everything else.

The location amazing. View from the room fabulous. Pool area spotless & nice to have some activities going on & music. Very reasonable prices in the pool side bar.

To be improved

We were given wrong key code to get into the apartment. No answer when phoning the numbers provided I had to go down to reception where the very kind lady phoned for me & I got given the right code. Not replying to messages via booking.com but finally had replies through WhatsApp.
