“Passable”
The best

The apartment is well located, access is easy if you have a car. It is spacious enough for 3 couples. You have an amazing view of Costa Adeje and the sea.

To be improved

First, it's not a villa, it's a flat. It's somewhat old and not well maintained. It's dirty as well. Not only because of the Calima (that you can't help) but the walls, the furniture, everything needs to be refreshed. It's not well equipped, you can't really cook anything because you don't have the basics you need. We had to buy a lot of stuff ourselves (and we graciously left them there, you are welcome). In short, it is way too expensive for the value you get.
