Excellent hotel in a great location. Staff really friendly and helpful. Comfortable beds and great pillows

We really emptied our stay here. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Good showers. Lovely,friendly staff. Delicious food, especially the breakfast. I was disappointed that we had to pay so much for the pool -€20 per visit, and don't feel this was clear on booking. But otherwise, highly recommend it

Excellent hotel and recommended for safe stay. Metro station was only a 2 minutes walk away. The staff were very cordial and supportive to any needs.

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a lot of variety and everything was delicious.

I was in Occidental bilbao hotel for my birthday and I thought it would be nice but only the rooms left me good impression. Parking was not free so I had to find somewhere else and found my self in the other side of town. Also food inside the restaurant not so good , ordered some pasta bolognese and I got something like 5 piece of pasta cold with no beef . Just poor I had my birthday and it was very low standards for a beautiful hotel like this

We booked this hotel because there's also an indoor swimming pool. I thought when it's too cold, my kids can swim indoor. On the website mentioned there's a wellness + indoor swimming pool. For the wellness you need to pay, but apparently you also need to pay for the indoor swimming pool (20€/ person!). My kids very disappointed - outdoor swimming pool was too cold - not heated. Also awfull smell in the bathroom. It was not worth the money.
