“A wonderful hotel”

Everything 😃we stayed for two nights. The food was good and the pools very clean. We had a great view at our balcony. Good beds.

Not so many good drinks included in the AI.

The gardens and the views were amazing. Huge rooms and very comfortable beds. Plenty of food and drinks with lots of variety. Felt safe and secure. Plenty of staff. Danni on reception always amazing, friendly and helpful. Very good shopping strip near enough to walk to. Perfect weather, lovely breeze beautiful beach with plenty of beds.

To be improved

Decor bit dated and WiFi was dropping in the rooms and anywhere outside .

The front desk staff was really nice and helpful. The common areas are grand. Food is exceptional.

Millions of ants invaded our ground floor room. Rooms will need some renovation soon.

Nice swimming pools. Lovely grounds beautiful plants. Nice big hotel with good sized bedroom although room and some parts of hotel needed updated.

To be improved

The food was not what I would call 4 star food. Salads goods plus desserts but main meals lacking in choice quantity quality and flavour. Cheap cuts of meat and fish. Breakfast good. I was not all inclusive like most guests. The servers in the restaurant were not really attentive to half board guests with regard to ordering drinks to be paid for.

The best

Sprawling property so never felt crowded. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The buffet was also decent. Evening entertainment was on every evening

To be improved

As someone with mobility issues, it was very difficult for me to get around due to the hilly nature of the property and the number of stairs needed to climb to get around. The property is not beach front. It takes about 20 mins to walk down from the hotel and across and there was a road you had to cross in between. There is a shuttle service from the hotel but there is still a fairly long walk once you get off. Other than reception staff and one concierge, the staff at the hotel were not friendly at all. We were ignored a lot if the time and when tried to grab their attention, we were met with frowns. There is a slight language barrier but you would think with so many tourists visiting from Europe, they would have some idea and experience on how to communicate. I have never met so many unhappy bar staff who never smiled when serving you.

impolite personnel at breakfast cockroaches in the bedroom towels not replaced after removal, twice birds invasion at breakfast that made eating outside impossible
