Verified reviews from real guests who have already stayed here.
Excellent location by the beach and promenade.
Food was amazing with a good variety available.
Efficient and friendly service at the reception.
Multiple pools and good breakfast offerings.
Good value considering the location and amenities.
Room was clean and spacious, but some reports of outdated rooms.
“Very happy with our stay, friendly staff, good food/drinks and clean facilities.”
Very clean, kids loved the splash park, slides and pool. Bars in various locations made it easy to get drinks when busy. Most staff were very friendly and happy. Very much enjoyed our stay. Good selection on drinks, good breakfast/lunch/dinner in restaurants. Slight variations in selection each day for meals.
Only small issue was our room was quite small. We went for the family premium expecting to be slightly better than the ones I saw on the website (probably my fault not looking properly). We were a family of two adults, a 7 and 3 year old. We were not expecting a suite, just thought we’d fit a bit better without the small sofa bed the kids shared, blocking the door to the balcony. Maybe the premium part is ground floor location and big private balcony? We didn’t spend too much time in the room to be fair so wasn’t a massive issue.
“Pools were nice but very over crowded. · Cons: Compared to price: Unhealthy breakfast, very low quality buffet for dinner, bad beds for children, cheap design/material. Low value for money.”

“would not stay here again unfortunately”
that we were walking distance to the beach,
our room initially was right next to the kids splash zone, loud and chaotic, you should really only stay here if you have kids with you as well. The dinner at Arrozante was really disappointing
“Overall great experience apart from these above mentioned points. Please fix them and we would be happy to come back”
Great location, fun kids club and interesting night shows were highlights ! Overall the hotel layout was simple and nice. There is free parking available right outside the hotel which was quite handy
There are few things should be fixed and in that case it would be a top holiday location. 1) room cleaning: I had a hair dropped in a corner of the bathroom it was still there at the end of the 4th day .. the room was not carefully cleaned 2) Major safety concern around the big pool closer to the sea - someone fell at the blue/ green painted shower areas and hit their head so bad that they fainted for a while. No one/ no lifeguard came before 10 minutes. Hotel customers were there trying to help until someone from the reception finally showed up (not a lifeguard not a doctor) Honestly it was scary and I’m curious if that boy is ok :( this should not happen in a family hotel. Lifeguard - if exists should be more careful and should show up immediately 3) My son bumped his face bad and all first aid they could find was oxygen water and clean tissues. Maybe a proper first aid kit could come handy in such a big hotel. 4) Dinners were such a disappointment… while you could get amazing fresh fish right outside the hotel, there was no seafood at dinner. The food was very much British style which is honestly a pity when you are in Andalucia. There was almost nothing Spanish except for the Jamon. Please reconsider the menu to represent the region you are in :(
“This is how to do hospitality. We are going to book again soon.”
We booked without too much thought and so not much was expected. We (family of 4.) were absolutely blown away by everything. Especially the staff and food followed closely by the activities, room and facilities. The breakfast and my bbq night were exceptional. Everyone went that little bit extra to make it one of the best holiday we’ve had as a family Maria on reception helped us check out and again helped with another couple of requests. I very much recommend for everyone but especially if you are coming with a children/family.
“having a holiday without swimming in the sea”
The location is good, and the reception staff is polite and helpful. The room we were given was clean. While a bit small for three people, we were comfortable. Every aspect of the facility is clean and tidy. Breakfast is good, but other meals generally feature pork products. Unfortunately, the sea wasn't very clean during our stay, so we couldn't swim. From what I observed, this bothered many people.
The pools were inadequate. There were insufficient seating areas in the evenings. A hotel like this should offer free parking to its guests.
