Ocean Apartment Gran Canaria

We had a warm welcome and the checkout was also easy. There is a lot of space in the appartement and there are also spices, oil, vinegar, tea and coffee in the kitchen. Also the bathroom was clean and very well equipped (shower foam, shampoo, soap, washing machine...). There are two beaches next to the appartement, one with stones and one with sand. The next bus stop is just 10 minutes of walking away and there are good connections. It was a great stay, thank you 😀

Lovely direct sea views with the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. Excellent value for money. Loved the location as it was quiet and peaceful. Decent small supermarket nearby and a few great restaurants in Bahia Feliz (20 min walk) and a short 5 mins car journey (or 35mins walk with steps and steep hills) to nearby San Agustin. Chris was a friendly and attentive host who went above and beyond. Can’t praise him enough.

The studio apartment is in a great location with a fantastic sea view. Just a short walk down to the beach below. A quiet area away from the bigger resorts nearby around 30/40 minutes walk to Playa del Ingles but with its own smaller number of great restaurants shops and bars close by. (We particularly liked Bamira) Has everything you need for a great stay like coffee machine and cooking equipment. Comfortable bed and lovely bedding and soft furnishings and great sized TVs in bedroom and lounge for watching Netflix :) The pool is great and lots of sun beds available. Great communication with the rental team who were just lovely and helpful. Towels and bedding changed midweek. Loved our stay. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing low-key holiday with amenities all around and the view and sound of the sea.

I usually write a review of a few words, but now I will be more detailed because this apartment and it's host deserve it. To start with the host, Chris is very kind an caring man who frankly cares about his guests' comfort. From instructions for arrival and parking, through recommendations for beaches, restaurants, markets, to carefully selected every detail in the apartment, Chris takes care of everything (and at the same time he is not boring and aggressive, just caring 😎). The location is ideal, a few steps from local beach, and a 10-minute drive from anything you want to visit. The apartment is impeccably clean, very comfortable, equipped with new and modern furniture, and a special pleasure is the wonderful terrace from which you can see and hear only the ocean. We fell asleep and woke up with the sound of the waves. Comfortable beds, a spacious wardrobe, a perfect bathroom, a fantastic shower cabin, an ultra-modern kitchen, a charming living room and a magical terrace - that's what awaits you in this apartment. In addition, you will find everything you can imagine here, from bath cosmetics, sun cream to a perfectly equipped kitchen Water, beer and sangria were waiting for us in the fridge. Of course, Chris took care of all that. If you need it, there are two flat TVs, two air conditioners and excellent wi-fi. A spacious parking lot is right in front of the gate, and if it is full, you will always find a place within 100 meters. And finally, this accommodation is worth much more than the price we paid, Chris, raise the prices 😉

The apartment is super clean. Appliances are brand new. 2 large screen tv on every room, a/c as well, big refrigerator. The shower is really good. Washing machine with anything to clean. The balcony is facing sea, amazing view. The host is superb and waited for us in late check-in. Also gives good tips on activities. Really liked the pool area. Will definitely come back.
