“This hotel doesn’t feel like a 5* hotel, more like an average 4*.”

Location and staff Club sandwich.

To be improved

The pool area wasn’t nice and certainly not up to 5* level. The room wasn’t properly clean. The fixtures were tatty, the broken hair dryer bracket hanging off the wall was an example of this.

Excellent location, staff are super attentive. I have severe allergies to chemicals and our room was cleaned using hypoallergenic products

The breakfast is very expensive so we ate out every morning
