The apartment was clean and the view was great.

To be improved

Had to send multiple emails/texts to get the person handling re: check in. Then, when we were given only 1 set of keys I asked for a second. She told me no one ever needs a second set of keys. As if. Then told me she would get us a second set...and never did. So for a week we had to coordinate if we were doing different things. Ex: I went to run an errand in a different town. I had to leave key in apartment, so partner could get in/out. But she had to be back at apt. when I returned to let me in.

The best

Views spectacular, Apartment, clean and had virtually everything you needed. Was surprised, no oven glove, when toast had to be cooked under grill. Also no airer to dry towels

To be improved

Requested check in between 20:00/21:00. Confirmed by Anna, both1st Oct, paper copies kept. Tried to ring her on arrival 3times, no reply, taxi office rang twice, taxi driver rang, no reply. Arrived at apartment no one to meet us. Went to restaurant on site, they rang twice no reply. Concerned nowhere to stay, and rest lady let us have another apartment in same complex at a cost of 100 euros. Anna rang at 10:00, arrived at restaurant angry, said had been at apartment at 2:00, I asked why I would say this time as our flight did not arrive until 19:55, said she had not had the request, as advised I have paper copies. I feel I should be reimbursed for the 100 euros as it was not our fault, and we could not understand why we could get no response on her mobile. It should also be noted I had my cousin who suffers from Alziemers with me and could not allow her to be left without a room, hence the extra booking. I look forward to your reply

“Would be 10/10 with air conditioning”

The apartment is in a fantastic location with only 5 minute walk into Paraiso for shops or visit Hard Rock hotel and many other bars and restaurants and was an exceptional price for 7 nights in August. Anna greeted us on arrival and was very nice to allow us to check in slightly early due to flight time. The pool area is amazing, lots of beds and kept very clean each day, never had to rush down for beds in morning.

To be improved

The main issue with this apartment which would stop us booking again is that it has NO AIR CONDITIONING. This made our stay difficult with it being so hot in August, even with all the windows open the apartment gets very hot which makes sleeping difficult and getting ready to go out on an evening myself and my wife could not stop sweating. We knew about the 1 toilet situation before arriving so that was not an issue but can see that it would be if travelling with friends.

“Great place to stay with family to explore the island”

The best

- very nice balcony equipped with table and 5 chairs and lounger - pool: clean with many sunbeds around and sanitary facilities - underground parking spot - well-equipped kitchen - comfortable beds - safe and calm place and neighbourhood with restaurants and shops

To be improved

- low water pressure in bathrooms - only one access chip to pool/building doors

It was a 7-day stay, we had a great time in the apartment, 4 adults with two 5-year-old children. Everything superlative! View, cleanliness, facilities and last but not least the very friendly and welcoming host.
