Water pressure in the shower was poor There didn't appear to be any air-conditioning

No Air conditioning Not to bad when visiting but could be hotter in peak season

First of all, I was in contact with the owner the whole time, but our flight was delayed and she was immediately informed, and she told us to contact her when we arrived, because our flight was at night and a person would have to come to give us the keys. I immediately wrote that there were two options on arrival, if we took the car we would arrive at 3am, if not then we would arrive at 8am. As soon as I landed I informed her (at 2am) that we would still arrive at 8am, she wrote back half an hour later with just a surprised look on her face and a question mark, so I didn't even have anything to say to her. She was not there when I arrived, and when I phoned her she said that the man had arrived at 3am, even though we had told her at 2am, as soon as we landed, that we would be there at 8am. She said it would take her about 40 minutes because of the traffic jam, OK, we waited. When we met, there was immediate dissatisfaction that this was not being done because there is no 24-hour reception and the person had arrived at 3am. I showed her the messages that we had written at 2 o'clock that we would not come and would only be there at 8 o'clock in the morning, so the question was why would you lie to send somebody. She stood there frowning and explaining her truths, how it was not possible. I think it's normal that flights are delayed and contact is made, but to blame people for having to arrive in the morning or for the fact that there is no administration for 24 hours, it's not really the customer's fault. There is nothing in the apartment, no rubbish bags, only 2 rolls of toilet paper, the bed linen is dirty, and the TARACONS have contributed to all of this, and they have not been written about or reported verbally anywhere.

Could do with a fan in the room but I bought my own so not a big deal. Was very scared it was a scam when we first arrived -After landing I messaged with no answer until 40 mins later-but it was not so 👍🏼 There was no hot water the entire time. Again. Wasn’t a big deal for us but maybe for someone else TAKE THE MAGNETIC KEY WITH YOU TO THE POOL. my friend got stuck.
