“We were vacationing as a family with two small children. We liked the apartment very much. Clean, bright, modern design and good furniture. The bed is comfortable, pillows too. The kitchen has everything you need. Since we mostly cooked our own meals, we used absolutely everything. The kids could also watch cartoons on TV. The balcony terrace and the gorgeous ocean view deserve special attention. This is love. We had breakfast and dinner only on the balcony. My husband went to the gym, everything is also fine there. The building has an elevator, which is very convenient. The entrance is clean. It's also a big plus that you get an individual parking space with the apartment. · Cons: The only downside is that the window system in the bedroom was broken. The window cannot be opened for ventilation. Only completely. This was a problem for us because we are used to sleeping with the window open.”

To be improved

Very nice apartment. The best view for the ocean and Tejde. Good convince, full equipment. No problem with the lock. Gym , parking. Highly Recommend.

“By far best value for its price we had in this apartment!”

The best

Best price/value ratio we had in Tenerife by far. Huge modern and super clean apartment, all working almost like new. ocean view from terrace, free parking reservation for your car. Massive TV with Netflix and Max HBO working! Great calm location just below the mountains and close to beach and sea pools for free! Close to main city or San Andres black beaches. Highway and mountain roads were both great in this area with epic views.

To be improved

No AC which wasnt problem in october but could be in summer. Unlocking pin mechanism on door
