Ocean View near the Beach Costa Adeje

WiFi did not work during our stay. Only one set of keys for the gates to get outside/inside the complex (which you need when entering the apartment after 11 pm). Quite inconvenient when staying with many people! The complex is not very "buggy friendly", as there is no way out/in with no stairs. Not a negative point, just quite tirening :)

Although 2 sets of keys only 1 key to access the complex, wasn't an issue for most of the time as you can come through the main hotel entrance but just be aware they lock the door from the hotel to the bungalows at 11pm. When 2 of our party came in at 11.30 had to ring others to come and let them in. Just would have been good if this was stated in the information book.

No aircon…Many stairs, mobility issues with pushchair to access most areas of complex. Not enough keys between our family. Apartment smelled musty when we arrived, wasn’t particularly clean, I could have contacted to discuss but after reading a previous review with same complaint, would have expected issue to be resolved. Poor quality crockery, arcaroc type products made by two press not three are lethal if dropped on a ceramic floor. No kitchen roll supplied, not enough toilet rolls or waste bags, no complementary basic goods on arrival. Outside balustrade needs to be repainted as tiny bits of white flake off, not ideal for our grandson. Sofa bed smelled unpleasant, including cover and cushions, and other sofa is actually a piece of outside wicker furniture. Cushions in bedrooms smelled unpleasant, beds very uncomfortable and poor quality, two poor quality fans provided for whole property, with no helpful tips where we could hire aircon etc. or in fact any other useful tips.
