Property is good size with good view

To be improved

Untidy, hairs everywhere on bed and floor. Pool was closed for all of the stay which basically destroyed our whole stay. So definitely a no place unless they can provide alternative or tell you on booking. No compensation was paid rather cancelled to get some refund and was left on spot to find a place yourself. Management need to look into becoming truthful and accommodate guests when you cannot provide what you charged money for.

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. We like the location because it's very quiet, has a superb balcony with views across to Los Gigantes but is close enough to plenty of restaurants. The hosts are very easy to communicate with and typically reply to WhatsApps within minutes.

To be improved

One really minor issue - the main bedroom has a standard double bed. We would prefer something bigger, e.g. a King-size, but that wouldn't stop us staying here again.
