“WHAT A PITY, FULL OF BUGS!”
Very bad experience! The apartment was full of little black bugs, they were everywhere, on the floor, on the kitchen top, in the bathroom and even inside the beds! We are very sorry because the apartment was really nice and clean but the presence of all those bugs created an unhygienic situation, especially for a family with two little girls. The owner was initially helpful by offering to move us to one of the other two apartments he owns. We moved the same night to an apartment that looked clean but the next day we found the same situation: bugs everywhere! Disgusting! We had no choice but to leave urgently. We had neither willingness (2 out of 3 insect-infested apartments seemed to be enough), nor time to “try” even the third apartment of the same owner to whom we also sent a demonstration video. We booked a last minute hotel which cost not a little but fortunately it was clean and we spent our last 2 days of vacation peacefully! Although we had paid in advance we hoped for common sense and fairness from the owner and asked for a refund ONLY for the last 2 remaining nights; such a situation would actually have required a full refund but we thought it would be good manners to ask for a partial refund. To avoid him a bad impression and a negative review we contacted the owner privately (not on the booking site) to explain the situation and ask him to refund us. The most unbelievable thing is that not only the owner accuse us of trying to blackmail him (!!!) but he never responded to our messages again and (of course) did not refund us.

There is no staff. No reception. Everything is handled remotely. Its weird location and building, feels lifeless. This is my first negative review on booking and i recommend everyone to pass this acommodation as there are so many great options on Tenerife.

- cold water in the pool - only one dishwasher tab and garbage bag (but we asked for more and received them ) - one of the bathroom was not very nice - the towels smelled musty
