Oceanfront Duplex with a Rooftop Pool and Terrace

The main bathroom door lock didn't work so we couldn't close the door. Most of the sinks didn't drain properly. The boiler was turned off when we arrived and when we had to turn it on to get any hot water the sound kept two of the guests up all night as they were sleeping on the living room sofa bed. It took a very long time to heat up and some guests still weren't able to have a hot shower. One of the blinds in the living room was broken. The kitchen was stocked with utilities but did not have basic things like coffee/tea/sugar. There was no toilet roll so we had to go and buy some as soon as we arrived. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable but there was plenty of extra sheets, pillows and blankets.

Firstly being foreign to the area, although the satnav took us to the block we didn’t realise no 12 was the apartment block so if you put the name of your block on the booking it would be so much easier. Once a local showed us it was easy Once in, the automated signing in just didn’t work for me Also there was no welcoming book with wifi passwords so there was no tv for us Major problem is your bedding and towels We had a very uncomfortable night with cheap pillows scratchy bedding and poor towels for shower. I would recommend a better mattress for at least one bedroom Sorry to be honest but we would’ve extended our stay for 2 more days but didn’t sleep well. Your apartment is exceptional so your clients will naturally expect these easy fixes

The apartment was short on a few details like an automatic coffee maker (it did have a French press), a rust-free "tenderete" to dry clothes, and oven mitts. These were minor details that did not affect a wonderful stay.

Unfortunately, the beach near the property is closed due a sewage leakage; and it has been closed since April. We had to drive 5 mins to Playa Las Redes. This was not a big deal and definitely not related to the property, but worth calling out - so plan accordingly.
