Most of it to be honest. Overall the property is in a poor state of repair and the pictures make the property look better than it actually is. No air conditioning, there is a dusty ceiling fan in the bedroom and a large desk fan in the lounge area. It was very humid and uncomfortable and that was late November so could not even imagine what it would be like high season, unbearable. I requested an additional fan to be advised not possible. Not great. The bathroom is in really poor state of repair, rusted items, dirty shower head, bath plug held on by a bit of metal, rotted door, horrible grouting, generally unclean, not a great experience getting ready/washed. The shower is simply an extension of the tap, poor water flow as a result a trickle. The bedroom apart from the dirty ceiling fan was passable and most modern room in the apartment overall. The bed is low set with a horrendous a memory foam mattress which makes getting in and out a chore and would not for anyone with mobility issues. The lounge was generally dirty and for example moving the coffee table dislodged dirty, not sure the last time it was properly cleaned. Kitchen is equipped with the basics and took a while to figure out why there were only 3 forks, 3 small drinking glasses, 3 wine glasses, assumed it was to cater to the maximum occupancies. Bed linen and towels were sparse. One hand towel and bath towel each, one set of bed linen, one tea towel for drying dishes, one bath mat. Whilst clean, with it being so humid in the property I requested if additional to be supplied to be informed no but feel free to use the washing machine! WiFi was mediocre and never worked in the bedroom. Overall, really disappointing and the replies from the team looking after the property "we are a privately run apartment" which I understand but surely, we can’t be the only guests who request additional items etc, we are paying guests after all. I replied sorry to have troubled them, is how I felt.
