Some issues with the online system for opening the gates/door, however, people in the complex were very helpful.

Broken terrace door handle, not able to turn on the TV, bathroom could be cleaner.

The microwave doesn’t work

There are a few things that need attention and I don't want to complain as I know this is their business...but...starting with the first thing, I arrived at the complex and the instructions from the owner state to use gate 8 and download and app to open the gate. The pin location on Google didn't work so I had no idea where gate 8 was and the complex borders 3 different roads so not straight forward. I got the app going but thr username and password he gave me didn't work. Eventually he answered the phone and tried to direct me but it got lost in translation. He then sent a pin and someone opened the gate and let me in and found the apartment. That took about 30 mins in total and it was getting well into dinner time. I've advised him to use what3words in future for the gate and the apartment in the complex So I get in and the place was like a sauna. It was 32 degrees outside and nobody had thought to switch the AC on for me. I got it going and it became apparent that the inverter couldn't cope with driving both internal AC units. After 3 days of alternating them I managed to get the inside temp down from 30 to 25. No soap or shampoo. OK I know it's self catering but a little bottle of each for a guest arriving would be a nice touch. Thankfully there was a toilet roll! There were two key cards to work the gate. One didn't work. When it came to leaving I had to leave the cards on the table so couldn't get out of the complex until someone kindly let me out. Simple things that could easily be fixed but needs better focus. Other than that I can't fault the place and would stay again. Oh and the pillows were like rocks
