“If you're looking for a place to stay close to Malaga”
The best

Nice shades - you can sleep in the morning as long as you'd like. It's also relatively quiet, even though it's located on a central road. It's pretty close to a supermarket, in case you need water or snacks to purchase.

To be improved

Smelly towels. I asked the manager if they could be replaced, and they responded that the towels are professionally cleaned. But I don't want to smell after taking a shower:-) Street parking is hard - you can pay 20 Euros a day for a dedicated 24-hour parking spot. The beach is not great... for a nice beach, I recommend going to Nerja. Overall, quite average for the price they charge. Also, beware that they may ask you for a deposit - for me that happened via WhatApp, and I told them politely to route the request via Booking.com, as asking for money via WhatApp reminds me of many money-related scams I've encountered. Overall, I would not stay here again.
