The location is great. Access to restaurants, attractions, transportation. The staff is welcoming and ready to help.

To be improved

The room is well used. A little outdated and needs some maintenance. When we first went in it smelled musty or like a smoking room.

At time of sleep we tried to roll down the roller shutters but they were not working properly.. we did not made a claim and just bared with the sunlight😅

No customer service. I contacted the hotel via booking.com app they never answered! I called the hotel they told me they couldn’t help me change the date on a non refundable reservation that I had to call booking.com I called booking.com then they told me that I had to talk to the hotel. So I replied that’s the same thing they send. So they opted for sending them a message for me from them on my behalf never heard back ever!!!! Lost 145€ for nothing worst experience I’ve ever had I better stick with Airbnb!

“Location was central so we could walk to restaurants. It was a short taxi ride to the hotel from the Ferry. Room was clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. We were jus there for one night so did not use any other facilities.”
