However, communication with the host could have been better. Unfortunately, our window broke on the first day, and despite reaching out multiple times, the issue wasn’t resolved during our stay. We were told someone would come to fix it, but no one arrived, so we had to manage with a broken window for two weeks. With improved responsiveness, the experience could have been much better.

We couldn't find the key card to the pool. Upon requesting this, the staff didn't reply at first. After calling them, they told me that it might have gone lost and we will receive a replacement card by the evening. We received neither any information nor any replacement for the card. They didn't respond our calls any more either. So we couldn't use the pool at all. Also, we weren't satisfied with some of the facilities: There were just one hand towel for 4 people. The beds had 1 big blanket for 2 people, which is not practical if you're not a couple. We had to use the extra blanket without linen. All in all it met our expectations, but we would book somewhere else on our next trip to Tenerife.
