We experienced an unpleasant situation where we ended up stuck in the lift for 40mins. There was no ventilation, no light and the emergency bell did not work but thankfully people heard us outside and were able to call emergency services for us. We’ve called and message the customer service but no one answered our call and didn’t come back to us until the following day. We were dead by then if other guest in the building didn’t hear us shouting and banging the wall and door. My daughter and I are both asthmatic and I suffer from hypertension, the temperature outside was 39 degrees, imagine the heat inside the lift. The only light we have is from our mobile phone. Additionally, we were not made aware of an alternate entrance to the top floor flat that was not only via the lift, thankfully we were able to figure it out if otherwise we would have been stuck without a place to stay. This building has no escape plan that is visible for guests to see and number to contact in case of emergency. None of the telephones works. I hope that after this incident the management should make their priorities the wellbeing of their guests. No compensation nor refund received from the management except for the late check out which was organised by Moses which I’m thankful for it.

“A Great Centrally Located Place!!!”

The best

The property is in a great location! It is central to many Seville tourist type sites and locations. The property is close to many cafes and restaurants. The overall vibe of the apartment is very nice and it felt spacious. All the building components of the space were great!

To be improved

Since it was so centrally located, at night, (after midnight) we could hear laughter, talking, etc. from the street. It usually stopped around 12:30 to 1:00 am. Not sure, the property owner could do much about that, but it is good to be aware of and the noise was not overly loud.

“Wonderful, cool apartment in the heart of Seville”

The best

Clean and light just steps from the cathedral and the palace. Very close to good food choices. The beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning was amazing. It was 41 degrees in Seville and we were so comfortable in the apartment.

To be improved

The things we would improve are minor. It would be nice to have larger shampoo and soap, washcloths, and pillowcases for the extra pillows.. Otherwise, it was wonderful. Would stay again.

“Great location and plenty of room to enjoy the space”

The location was fantastic and even though we were overlooking a main tourist area the apartment was really quiet.

Every thing was great….plus excellent cafe across the road for breakfast every morning
