“We made the best of a bad lot”

Very little, rooms were clean

To be improved

Corridors were dirty, staff were poor, rooms were very small, pool area was overcrowded and spa area was shockingly dirty with rude staff

Plenty of food available and Near the beach, just few minutes away. Bus stop to Port aventura is just at the main door of the hotel.very convenient.

To be improved

Few waitresses were a bit rude and others are pleasant.

“Hotel is large and well organized. Staff is very helpful. Bed comfortable, room and terrace are a good size. The hotel has an internal website with plenty of information with the restaurant and bar menus (with gluten free meal options), spa opening hours, you can place request for cleaning the room etc. Beach is 6 min walk from the hotel and it is beautiful there. City bus and airport bus stops right in front of the hotel.”

The best

Was able to take us in for the night when all the electricity and power went down for over 10 hours as it was one of the only hotels with power. If I ever return I will definitely stay here for the hole of my stay next time.
