“Lovely hostel with a friendly vibe to it. I would say the biggest downside were the bathrooms. They were clean, but I would’ve preferred having multiple instead of having to wait for anyone else in your room using them to be done. Having the toilet and shower in the same room made it difficult, as you would have to go all the way downstairs for a toilet if someone was in the one in your room. Other than that, I loved it and would book back in.”

Functional and attentive staff, even late and on short notice. All required instructions or explanations were clear; a couple of details they didn't address initially they readily answered when consulted. Rooms, facilities, etc seem well maintained. Pretty nice breakfast.

To be improved

The (online) check-in process was rather annoying.

I like everything, from the great staff to the room. I enjoyed the balcony in the room, the fact that the shower is in the room and that it is very clean.

“A great affordable place to go in Madrid.”
The best

We had a quadruple room and we were very satisfied with it. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a night but we would’ve loved to have spent more time there. They had dinner for 12€ (3-course); billiard table; bar crawl for the party people; free walking tours; etc… The receptionists all spoke English very well so communication was not an issue ever.

“I would definitely recommend it”
The best

The staff was incredibly kind and always available. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and relax for a while in the common room, even though it was late in the evening. They also gave us some useful information to help us visit the city. There was free drinking water available, and when the hairdryer stopped working, they immediately gave us a replacement.
